El Mirage condition
« on: August 09, 2008, 02:59:22 PM »
I know we are all consumed with the salt these next few weeks but I wondered if the lake bed had dried out?

We had a report at our Club meeting 2 nights ago that the way the lakebed drained left channels, think mini rivers looking for a way out, on the surface, some very deep. Course Prep in Sept. could be a real bitch. Looks like additional thunder storms will only make the condition worse.

Hopefully I am overstating the lakebed condition.

Gary and I went up last week to work on the timing tower to fix the A/C and the lake bed was very nice and smooth. with no dust.
