CTRon,

good to see you getting involved, I'm guessing you will get some time behind the wheel? Your moving along at a fair rate. should be right for maxton.

havent updated in awhile but we are back full swing workin on the tank... we have also realized that it is not a p-38. not quite sure what it is just yet lol.. in this pic im thinkin man my fat arse is never gonna fit in this thing. dad is measurin to get a rough idea on the cage start.

cage time!

there will be a cover fabbed for the blower and some kind of windscreen/fairing made so the cage doesnt look so big. that is how big it needs to be though because with the sfi padding and a helmet on me an dad are 2" from the top...

none of the cage stuff is finish welded as of yet just tacked. i just finished fabbing up the headers and dad is workin on the rear shock mouting and such. will have pics of that stuff soon.

good to see more progress, just looking at the frame tells us there is any number of ways to skin the bellytank cat.......that's a little tank you've got!, I hit 40 halfway through the build of our tank and put on 22lbs, make sure you've got room....it's the bending to get in that's the killer....

Motor's cool....

CTRon,
What is the status of your build? Looks like you were getting close.
