Log Book Sticker ?
« on: June 23, 2008, 10:23:37 PM »
I have my new SCTA Log Book and it is numbered on the front cover and a "sticker" that has the same number is in a little envelope in the back of the book.

Where am I supposed to put the sticker ?  ( or where at on the car ?  )  LOL

Somewhere on the roll cage or other part of the structure of the car that can be seen and will not get painted over or otherwise damaged.

Charles,

The sticker should be mounted on the frame in an area that will not see any wear however it needs to be easily seen during inspection, during any painting or frame coating you can tape over the sticker as to not damage it however you can ask for a replacement from the SCTA if it were to become damaged.  On our roadsters it is inside on the frame opposite from the driver.

Hope this helps.

John
