Yeah, I just heard from El Mirage. It is 10:45 and they are just about to start second runs. Now get this, yesterday it was 110 and today it 85 with just a slight breeze and little dust. Go figure.

Just talked to Timer Frank Scott and John Noonan had top speed at 240 mph on the bikes Meet was called about 1:00 pm due to 40 mph winds.

The results are listed on the SCTA website for todays meet.

My Congratulations go out to my ex racing partner Frank Sloan who set a record in G/PRO with his Cosworth powered Vega. Way to go Frank.
