Exciting News!
« on: April 24, 2008, 11:06:26 AM »
I guess this isn't quite the right place to put this but I just wanted as many people on the forum to know that I am marrying my gorgeous fiancee this Saturday 26th April. I also wondered if it would be appropriate to post a few pics of the big day when I get the chance; obviously I realise that this is a forum about super fast cars and not a wedding forum. Thanks for looking.
Paul.

"my gorgeous fiancee"

Her photos, for sure!  Yours -- well, I suppose, especially if you can Photoshop yourself out of it!

Congratulations, and many happy returns of the day.

Congratulations, Paul.  Wives and Husbands are part of the community, so I think posting here is appropriate.

May she always be your beautiful bride, and may you always remain her charming groom.

Paul, about 45 years ago I took my beautiful bride on our first date in my 52 Chevy with the 283 and 4:56 Pontiac diff to a auto race. Later she saw me take out about 40' of fence at a motor cycle race yet she still married me. I have known hundreds of fellows who would have loved to have a race car or hot street car but for there beautiful bride. My brothers ex used to say to me all the time "George, when are you going to grow up and QUIT racing" I expressed my desire to race to my wife early on and she has been excepting and supportive ever since.  SO THAT MAKES HER THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BRIDE IN THE WORLD!!!   Actually SSS probable thinks the same of his better half. Anyway hope she lets you come over to BV.

Hi all,
Just to let you know that I am now a proudly married man - yesterday was the best day of my life. My bride looked stunning and the weather was fabulous with lots of sun. If anyone would like to see some pics please go to: http://katesandpaulb.weddingpath.co.uk/307278.

Thank you for your kind words - glad you enjoyed the pics. Yes, her dress was very pretty and she looked a million dollars - kinda blew me away!
I had a look at your website too; really cool.
