So which vehicle was second fastest at Speed Week 2020?  :clap

Anyone got any pictures of it running?

TF737 ...was that another shake down run? hard to see but looked like tack was only about 4800 or so and motor didn't sound like much nitro at startup.

It seems they are trying to sneak up on it. There is definitely wisdom in that approach. Rob Fry. did that as well but BV can throw anyone a curve. I see a 400 mph run in the near future.

Let's call it a shakedown run. Considering this is the car's second outing to the salt, we're playing it safe and deliberate. I'm not in the business of killing legends- which includes your cousin!

Tough class record but it sure looks like they were just loafing, the potential definitely looks like it is there!!

Super car!

Still like to see a photo of the car as it ran at Speed Week. Anyone?   :-o

Also, any comments on the wing design? Why are they located where they are? As far as I know, no one else puts wings there.  :friday

I snipped a pic of the J&S liner from the Youtube of it running at the Salt in 2020. Looks to me that if the idea of the wings is to provide down force for the drive wheels they are in the exactly right place.

Roger Lessman used canards too. Hard to see in this picture but you can see their shadow on the body.

I was wondering if they were "movable aerodynamic devices"! That is a great idea having the angle of attack be linked to the gear change. Simple and efficient, pretty much like the rest of the car!
