Rule Books
« on: April 08, 2004, 02:13:00 PM »
There's a rumor going 'round that the 2004 Rule Books will be available before the first meet.  Any truth to that?

the rule books are out.  i got one at the inspection meeting last saturday.

go to the SCTA website, click on 'need a rulebook', then click where it says '2003 rulebook'.  the next screen will actually show a '2004 rulebook' in your shopping cart, which is the new one.

 cheers,
 rd

The rule books will be sent out with the posters, as is the usual way,in a tube. I understood it would be before the end of the month. It seems the members could get their rule books at the same time as non members who bought their books. members are more likely to be interested in any changes.

No, there is no official way to read them on the Net. The SCTA/BNI does not do it on their site.

I am looking at the rule book I was given at the registration trailer in 1966 at Bonneville. It has the rules revisions for 1967 attached. Now that was getting the word out early.  RF

I spoke with JoAnn several weeks ago, and she said rule books will be mailed to BNI members when posters arrive from printers which is the end of April.  This is the same information that Rich Fox reported earlier.
Members of SCTA clubs received rule books via their respective clubs.  No mailing was involved.
We should have our mailing tubes in a couple of weeks.  There has been enough discussion on the list about car rule changes that there should be no surprises for us.
