99' Rulebook Anyone?

Does anyone have a rulebook from 99?? I am looking to see who and what the record was back then for APS-PG 1350.

It shows Red October, H-D, '96, 164.044.

If the record you are looking for was set in '99 you will need a 2000 book. I still haven't heard from the '99 record setter. Your question is being worked on.

Dan, thanks for the response. The record that is in the book now was set in 7/99. So I asked for the 99 book so I could see where the record was prior to the 99 season.

Tom called today and explained the situation.

I think you looked at the Bonneville records vrs. El Mirage records. I will have Ed change the database and the website.
