Please forgive me if I misread this to mean that you were the reason for the rule change.

DW

I intended this to mean only that I was considering putting inline wheels on my car. (to my knowledge I am the only one that was considering inlines in MS.)

Odd that PEOPLE would think I would get some personal satisfaction for getting a rule change I clearly didn’t want.

It's not personal.

This sport has been around for 70 years. You are not the first at anything.

I think having a rule changed to make your car illegal is doing very good. As long as it isn't a safety issue. Something like no turbos in XX would be good.

Rich,

You can use the turbo on your XX Vega, not your roadster.

I'm moving on to a happier place, in the spirit of the season.

Merry Christmas,

Dan. You may remember my coup. Started with turbos. Can't anymore. Don't want to anyway.

As long as you are not cheating, a new rule with your name mentioned with it in conversation , usually lasts longer than the record. :-D
