I got an email from Tom Evans about 45 minutes ago, and he said "I'm on my way to EM...".  Since he sent the email one can assume that he hadn't left his place yet.  But he implies that he'll be there immediately upon his arrival, so now you know when he'll be there. 

I hope that answers your question - about when Tech opens.

There are no points or records for beating me.........and please remember that if you do go faster than me people will say you are a scrawny little bastard and should of went faster anyway! Now here is where it is a no win situation for you, if "Big Scott" goes faster than you, you will be mocked for getting beat by someone twice your size!
