Thanks to you for your comments about Marlo's liner. Knowledge from around the world is all appreciated.
Glad u liked the foto. We would be privileged if you could make it to the February banquet. Fly to Seattle and I'll get you to Portland and back.

In case any of you know these fellows, they too have a birthday today.
Cook Neilson, CYCLE Magazine editor for 12 years and the pilot of Old Blue Ducati. He ran a record above 190 on a single iron Harley.  I met him on the Salt in 1968. The other one is Bret Kepner. Ours has been a much shorter friendship but it  started with the Kilo Klub on the Salt. Kepner is an on air personality with ESPN.

I've met some great folks out there.

Dang, I'm a day late in wishing you many happy returns of the day, Freud, but that doesn't diminish the sincerity of the greetings that Nancy and I send your way.  As usual, it was a fine time seeing and chatting with you at the Salt, and Salt Talks gave us a few extra minutes to shoot the breeze.

Good luck on your new effort -- the photo opportunity you want to set up for Nancy.  I'll do what I can to help you see this idea* through to completion.

*Guys, you can only guess -- but think of Freud's reputation and Nancy's artwork. . .and a motorcycle.

It seems like just awhile ago we were doing this for him.
Is he faking birthdays just to get attention ?
Are his birthdays really a year apart and are they cumlative ?
I guess the reason he is so old is that he started really early.
Ya, that's it, started early and stayed late.
That is the kind of dedication that is too often lacking in respect.
I think I like him, let's let him stay.

OBTW: His idea of an "Ice Cream Social " can get you arrested in most places.
