question about the USFRA 130 mph club
« on: August 01, 2007, 12:33:44 PM »
I have read everything that I can fine on this subject, but I am still a bit confused. Does the vehicle that I plan to run have to fit into a "class" or not? Thanks.

The last few years I have been building a highly modified VW bug. It's not much of a bug anymore since it is chopped, sectioned, stretched, and is now a pickup.

Thanks. I post stuff over there all the time and never get any replies, but gave it a shot anyway. Looks like it paid off this time.

It's nice to go onto a new board and get answers as a new guy. Here is a pic of my truck taken about a year ago. It looks quite a bit different now. It's in pieces again.

Well, it didn't.

I found an issue with the trans and didn't get it taken care of in time. Guess that's what I get for sticking with a stock 33 year old trany. I'll have a 5 speed in it soon enough that will handle the extra pony's without problem.
