It is not a scam.
It seems that every year about this time he goes out on parade in his 'Birthday Suit" and nobody wants to go near him.
If you have had a similar experience with him , please share it so as to not see others fall into the trap.
I have heard him say things and heard things said about him that are hard to believe.

Arthritis was invented by the older, wiser, folk to let the kids do more work under increasingly closer supervision, or so Glen tells Me.
