In case you haven't heard, the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed here in the UK on June 22nd - 24th will feature lsr cars on a recreation of the Bonneville start line on the cricket pitch!! Vehicles mentioned or promised are The Blue Flame, Spirit of 76, Challenger, So-Cal belly tank, Redhead, Flatfire, the 3 MGs that ran in the 50s, JCB Dieselmax and Burt Munro's bike, plus more than one Highboy. As one of the premier events of it's type in the world, it will be spectacular. Al Teague, Bob and Lois Opperman, Dick Keller and at least 8 or 9 others will be travelling over.
