Guy (and everyone else that might care, and the rest of you, too):

Nancy and I won't be at Maxton for the May event -- first time we'll have missed a weekend there in a year and a half or more.  We do plan on attending -- maybe even running our bikes -- at the June get-together.

You are welcome to bring the tremendously wonderful prize to me then, Guy, or have the trucking company call for shipping instructions.  We do have a loading dock and fork lift.  Thanks in advance.

NOTE FOR SSS :
Preloaded comfort stations don't shlp very well. :|

On a side note, if you guys ever want to see a real demonstration of skill watch Slim search them for fallen change, various rings and things.

You remember "bobbing for apples" at the Halloween party, right?  Take that concept and let your imagination run with it.

"Run" is good advice from the master.
He does not take kindly to other pooper snoopers.

Getting back to the question.  I have a similar/same question about mounting a bottle on my bike.  I have a Buell that I plan on running Nitrous on next year.  I was hoping to put in on the swing arm ahead of the tire, but not that I have a 2 lb bottle to look it, I have decided it won't fit there.

My next spot is under the bike where the stock Buell muffler would have been.  Does it need a "cage" around it or would a valve protector like Tiger Racing sells, be enough to be safe?

Try to imagine what will happen if the valve breaks! If it is truly inside the frame, can you hit the other end and push the valve into something? Imagine the worst and plan for it.

What happens when your nitrous bottle goes off:
Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.

Under the tail and with a valve protector as extra insurance.  Alwas think worst case senario and plan for it.
