Options on 1 or 2 for Fastest Bike Poll

Somewhere I missed who or what option #1 was and also #2.
Since there is only one vote, 100% for #1, I could vote for #2
and balance out the voting percentage.
Tell me where to read to learn the options represented
by the two numbers.

Does either 1 or 2 run fuel? Can they run fuel in a Production class?
Will Bud Lite pass as gas?
