I am using the high temp blue silicone stuff, currently and it is a closed system with AN fittings everywhere except the connections at the OEM rail. I had been using Pingle petcocks, but had clearance issues and went with AN's instead.
is there any rule against using the hook and loop type sleeves vs the double stitch closed version? just save me time tearing the fuel system apart.

no petcock. AN to silicone to quick dry release to silicone etc etc etc
