Well I just worked thru a score issue with another issue.

Those of you having problems, you will have to clear your temp internet files, internet cache and cookies.

Because I changed servers and reset some of the cookie values you will need to clear them and re log into the forums. Seemed to work for this user.

Another way you can Diagnose the issue is using a different browser. Like if you use internet explorer try using netscape or firefox and use that browser and play the arcade and see if it logs scores.

I'm using IE 7. Just deleted everything, cache, temp, cookies... Closed browser. Logged back in. Still won't save score in mahjong. I've tried on 3 different computers all using different versions of IE.

Jon:

   I had to clear all of these files last week on IE7 issue (still unresolved) and I'm still trying to get my system back into order.  Are there any particular files to delete?  Otherwise, I'll suffer :-D with having no more scores recorded .

I made a couple sql changes I need someone who was having a problem test out arcade and see if it works for you now. Deb????

Within the last 15-20 minutes I scored 2167 on Majohng & 31 on Hexxagon; neither recorded.

I'll go try 'em again.

Mahjong & Hexxagon both recorded scores although the Mahjong was as a "Save'"

Was able to do a save score on my account & Todd's (I removed the zipper temporarily). I'll play Mahong to completion later to make sure that goes through too!

Glen, seems something funny is going on with my mail as I can get to the exisiting but am not recieving anything unless it comes from me. I guess I got my wish for my email to slow down - lol... hopefully Deb will have it fixed after the weekend when she gets back. You can send anything to her email and she'll pass it on or PM me here.

Todd and Glen and maybe others:  Is there something wrong with everybody's email?  Glen's got changed but I couldn't get through to it, Todd says he doesn't get his but Deb's does work, and since yesterday I have not beem able to receive any email -- but I can still send 'em.  Worse still, when I call the support line at the company that hosts our site (I get the mail through my own site) I speak to someone that didn't grow up in an English speaking household.  I got a laugh yesterday when he asked if I'd mind waiting a minute while he checked on something -- he didn't say "May I put you on hold?" -- no, he asked "May I hold you?".  I almost said that it was too far from Bangalore to Marquette for that -- but restrained myself.

Anyway, don't send any emails to me -- I don't get 'em.  I'd gt a PM on this system -- but I'd have to look here for it 'cause the notifier thing won't send me an email to tell me to look.
