Glen, the zipper feels much better then the duct tape when speaking is permitted(i caqn grow my mustache and beard back now). And the doghouse is affectionly reffered to as the toddhouse.. which I very smartly located all my bikes and tools in years ago! :-D
Pdubu, great link(i never even thought about the need for Nomex(y2k style) zippers for the car guys), thanks!
Todd

Todd, she told me she was putting lock tite on your fly zipper and giving you a lot of beer. Better visit a surplus store and buy a cot.

Glen, now I know why Todd PM'd me and asked about some tubing -- wanted to make a (what'd he call it?) -- oh, yeah, a "pilot's relief tube".  Thanks for helping clear up this mystery.

I won't tell you what size tubing he requested, but he did mention  some -2 AN fittings. . .

A zip-lock baggie duct taped to your thigh works great...and Don't ask.

I won't ask, Guy, but I betcha if we went over to the site of the Iron Butt Rally we'd be able to find some interesting solutions to this problem.

Now -- how'd we get here when we started on zippers for Deb's leathers?

Your animated ad says you sell parts for a Kawaski. Is this a Polish bike?

Deb, the poor guy lives in Toledo.  Isn't that punishment enough -- must you hassle him 'cause he makes an occasional mispelling?
