 :? Please forgive me for asking, what is the Barber Museum? Could you give me some idea of the trouble that you had (rules, performance, handling, etc.)? I have been thinking about this project for a long time now and you know, if I don't start, I'll never get it on the salt (not getting any younger you know  :wink: )

There's also the old school, fill it with sand before bending.

Hey kid, it ain't so "old school" of you are making a set of equal length headers without the nasty joints.

Hey Terry: the Barber Museum is in Birmingham. Alabama, and they have a M/C collection beyond believe.  I first build the liner in 1989 ....had it inspected...everything O.K.....took it to Bonneville......new inspector.....NO.........made the Mods....got a couple of runs in (174+mph) it would have required to much work in order to keep it legal ....so we parked it........remember it needs to have a chute, and todate no one has pulled a chute on a sidecar....what will it do to the handling?????????
This is why I noted get the plans approved before you build (that is what I should have done...my fault)
