Dora sends an email, you confirm your rooms, mine are 115, 116 for the last dozen years or so... was on the list for those for maybe 6 years before I got them... stayed on second floor before that...see a trend here yet..., confirm your dates and she sends your reservation #s.
They block out Speedweek every year, so yep sold out. You can call or send them an email if you want to get on the list for this year... the returning guests get first shot, that process takes about 30 days... then they move to the wait list... until all rooms are sold. Cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty... Mr and Mrs Kim (owners) and Dora are racer friendly folks. They hate a rainout as much as we do.
