Classic Production Supercharged Rules - Draw through vs. Blow through

Can a production vehicle which was originally a draw through turbo system be reconfigured as a blow through system and still pass for classic production supercharged?

That is one for the class tech chair... but..
"The vehicle shall be as originally equipped and configured"
