I don't believe there's really a process for contacting the people who submit them.  On the ones I've submitted - both those which were adopted and those which were not - I never received a formal notice.  Sometimes, somebody who has access to the group that makes the decisions will post something here.  But in some cases, you may just have to wait until the new rule books are published.  Also, are you sure your suggestion was submitted prior to the Sept. 1 deadline?  If it was late, you'll have to wait another year.  Or, you could contact Mike Manghelli and ask.

Trimmers is correct, you will not receive a notice. But your club should be telling you what new rules are being voted on for the coming year. The SCTA Minutes will show if any new rules are adopted if your club doesn't let you know.
Regarding your rule change request regarding front axle placement, it did not pass.
