Connecting rod weights

Can anyone tell me the weights (big end/small end) of a BME '396' rod of 6.625" length? I don't need exact numbers, so a rod of close to that length is okay.

Forgot- for 2.250" journal, .980" pin. AKA Pontiac rod.
