On other sites and even my local newspaper I have learned of the passing of one of the innovators of safety devices, Bill Simpson of a stroke.. Bill was extreemly passonate in his chosen field. To this day I use his, not his replacement co, firesuit, gloves, boots, etc. Bills continuing research in head injuries in any sport are legendary but seemingly ignored. My son wears an Impact Safety helmet in his dirt track racing..
Rest in Peace, Bill
