and is from the 3 day 2001 Silverstone Historic Festival held in England.
https://www.silverstone.co.uk/ It was one of the World's largest gatherings of classic racecars of a multitude of brands, classes, and eras. Plus, they were all running on the racecourse. The promoters decided to also include classic and vintage roadrace motorcycles which is what drew me to this great race event. I was helping a gentleman with his H-D 750XRTT.
