One of the most interesting guys I saw at Speedweek this year was Bob Lewis from Corpus Christi, Texas,riding his 1947 Indian Flathead. Rumour has it he is close to 90 years old. On Thursday of Speedweek he was in line in front of me to make a run. He had some trouble starting his bike on the line but after some minutes they got it going and to the cheers and clapping of everyone at the start line he took off. Unfortunately he crashed on that run. The starter told me they got him up but were taking him to hospital. Just wondering if anyone knows how he is doing? Hope he is ok.
