still waiting here in the UK for it to arrive, but guess the virus may be complicating things, could do with cheering up!

Phil it was well deserved. Getting down that coarse was not a simple task. Just think of the possibility for this year you went fast on a junk surface if theres a race and a bit nicer surface to run on your going to up that record again. Hope to see you in August

Well Hey, there were 8 car records at speedweek. Ours was the fastest of the week. Got our trophy yesterday. Car is right, number is right. Class and record speed are NOT. Swell. Have to see what the owner wants to do (I'm lowly driver). Maybe like an annoying check engine light, put a piece of tape over it. :-P  muutt

Hey Jack, we received a dash plaque years ago that was engraved 100 mph too fast. I was ok with that.  lol

Well we could cover just the class designation. Would be ok but we slowed down 30mph LOL.

In comparison, the USFRA held World of Speed in September - a month later than Speedweek.  They distributed the trophies (9 for bikes, 21 for cars) in early November, less than two months after the meet.    I don't know about anybody else, but they got everything right on mine!
