Points Champions over the years - is there a list of them and their points?

Been looking around and can't find one.

Dean Batchelor's book "The American Hotrod" has on page 190 a list of SCTA season champions from 1938 to 1991, no point totals  though. Point calculations changed over the years so comparing apples to apples may be impossible. There is also a list of top speed of the season from 1949 to 1991.
