theres a wagon in the background I'm pretty sure Ive seen before, ex WW2.
1946 is supposed to be first belly tank

kinda looks like Wally Parks in hat

First belly tank looked different a couple of years ago as Speedweek there was a clone of the original driving around. Bill Burke is credited with being the first his engine was in front of the driver. The fellow with the hat to me at  least dose not look like Wally Parks
