Song title

I've known and played this song for many years- so many that I've forgotten the title. I don't recall any words- guessing it was recorded just as an instrumental. I tried to scribe (scribble?) the melody line, but I'm not good at it- very hard to read (many incidental sharps and flats in the bridge part). The first image is the "chorus" and the second image is the "bridge". I hope one of you musicians will try playing it and tell me the title. :-D

Hey Jack... record playing it, throw it on UTube, link it here and you'll get the folks that  don't read music helping too.
