My (red) hat is off to George (and his black hat) and all of his team and crew and family and the shops that do work for him.  The guy is quite the hot rodder.

Has George lost a little weight in order to get the Speed Demon to 500? :-D

Understand George is gaining weight in the form of a big block in order to keep up with the Hemi competition for fast piston engine car.

I agree with Slim, he has lots of money, likes cars and therefore spends the money on cars!! What a way to go. I am sure we are all envious. And he has some really great cars!

Did I miss a "0" on the check awarded to the winner.

Did it really only say "Ten Thousand".

My father was a Tulsa hot rodder.  His Model A looked like the Howerton Moal car.  The top was chopped off and so were the fenders.

Ken Reister`s Ridler winner had 23,000 billable hours in it...Think about that for a moment.

Stan, if George is going to a BBC then when I win the lotto I'll make an offer on those old worn out SBC's. Kenny is probably tired of trying to make them stay together with 60 lbs of boost  :-D Those 3500 HP ProMod type big blocks might challenge even George's driving skills :-P
