Oh, heck -- I'm gonna have so many fun stories when this is done -- it'll be great.  Before we go further -- I forget if I told youse, but surgery will be 16 January.

But oh, yeah, said the doc -- while we don't have any reason to think you need heart cath stuff -- as long as you're in the neighborhood why not stop in on the 15th and we'll rotor rooter from your groin to heart and see what we find?  You know, maybe put in a stent or just do a line bore on you?

So it ain't gonna go down 'til a few weeks after the first of the year.

Wishing you well on this necessary procedure. By the way, that roto-rooter works well if they have that option. Had mine in 1996 and glad I didn't have the stent. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!

I always say that type of stuff is routine surgery when it is someone else, but major surgery when it is you, or a loved one.  My dad had six bypasses when he was 70 and lived to the ripe age of 88, so the technology is there for sure.  Good luck and know that you are having a lot of prayers said for a speedy recovery.
