Depends on power & fuel...

BTW, George has 18 injectors. 2 set of electronic & 1 set of mechanical.   8-)

In order to obtain increased capacity, a certain tuner, whose name appears above, has used propane injectors (which may be more economical than especially large gasoline types).

HP X BSCF [.55 -.65] divided by # of injectors x duty cycle  not more than .9O %  result in lbs.

from Holly.con   EFI  go to Dominator ECU unit scroll down, lots of different questions answered.

WRONG directions, but the formula is there somewhere under tech :-D

I just saw a photo and thought he had 2 per cylinder. Thanks Michael.

I always wondered what CC to lb was divide CC BY 10.5  2200 BY 10.5 = 209.5 LBS PER HR.

Now got to find formula for lbs per hr to hp :-P It's in the Holly EFI site.

Ok found it   injector size x duty cycle divided by BSFC X # of injectors

                          209 x .8  divided .5 =334.4 hp per cyl x 8 = 2675.2 hp

Formula means injector size will support that much hp.

I liked running ethanol. It has a very big tune window. 2200 cc will be fine.
I always run the biggest injectors that I can get away with. As long as you can get it to idle, it will more of a “timed” injection than smaller injectors.
I hear great things about FuelTech.
How much boost do you plan on making?

Rob, I have Nassen Padyachee handling the EFI, turbo and Fueltech system.
He's the local agent and held the record for the fastest FWD drag car in the Southern Hemisphere for 9 years.

He gets flown out to the States on a regular basis for NHRA events due to his skill on tuning Fueltech equipped cars.

All this new stuff is beyond me but Tom says I need 1000HP to reach 300 with what I have.
The guys tell me what to build/have made and I go with their advice.

I'm a good assembler but not an engine builder.
Nassen is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and we have a barter deal going. I make Carbon parts for him and he supplies
BOVs and wastegates etc. It saves on spending. My budget is severely limited. My friend and Carbon supplier Gebi gave
me a roll of some very good Carbon for Christmas.

The Flyer should be called the "Miracle Machine".
