Allocation of tasks at El Mirage
« on: March 07, 2019, 04:06:17 PM »
I was wondering if there is any transparency into the allocation of tasks at El Mirage? I assume that the total number of task hours are allocated to the various clubs based on each clubs memberships numbers. That assumption might be naive. How often is this allocation revisited? Is the allocation weighted by the number of hours each task takes (in other words, 1 4 hour task would be equal to 4 1 hour tasks)? Any information into this process would be welcome.

Thanks,
Mike

The duties are fine-tuned every year.  Adding or subtracting because of club sizes, etc.  Check with your club rep as the 2019 version is not yet posted on the scta-bni site.
