I.D. this Motorcycle
« on: October 03, 2018, 09:37:36 PM »
I have never seen a bike like this one before. Can't make out the emblem on the tank. But a giveaway is the engine. DOHC flat 4 cylinders laying on the side. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Thanks guys. I am not familiar at all with BMWs so the head config threw me. I thought it might be something rare, but I guess not.

Don -

That DOHC head is the same head that the Kiwis in the Mini Cooper used on a 1 liter A-Series BMC block to run 165 mph a few years back.
