I just reread SSS's comment about the Speed Demon being there with their new E motor. This wouldn't happen to be the WJ motor and we have been hearing about???

Just wondering.

Rex
Speed Demon is not the one getting the WJ motors. The team that is won't get them until next year.

SSS,

I got both of the possible systems to get the streaming on my system....but it looks that it's blocked by law here in Germany....protection of rights...

so if you got notes about activities like Speed Demon, Danny, or from interest...may be you can type it, Thanks

PP

I'm trying to keep an eye on this, too. I just turned down the mike level on mine.

Can you hear the cars?  Is that mike working?

SSS,  I really need to be working in the garage, but your great broadcast is coming in so well here in East Helena MT, I just have to listen to it, and the heck with the garage.  Guess I am going to have to do some internet connection in the garage.

Doug

Wish I was there!!

Pork Pie,
Danny made a qualifying pass at 446 on the second run of the meet, Speed Demons first pass was a turn out.

Sounds good here in Phoenix, Arizona!  Wish I was there this year but not an option.  Hopefully the race courses hold together over the next few days and everyone gets a lot of safe speed runs in.

Thank you for the broadcast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since Danny went 453 out the back door is there a chance that history will be made this year and either Danny or one of the other streamlines will break the 500mph barrier.
The speed that you wish to achieve is only limited by the depth of your wallet.

I hear that Danny broke a valve spring. No biggie. He is replacing the spring, adding pop to the mixture for return runs in the morning. Speed Demon broke the new motor. Not sure what they are going to do. Flashpoint is through tech and may make a short pass later tomorrow.

Sorry Slim, I should have followed up. Sounds better now, thanks. Are you maybe right up on the mic? Sounds like you might be coming through more clearly when you back off the mic a bit. I find the whole broadcast is plenty loud. The coverage is superb, I can see the runs in my mind's eye. Really jonesing to be there, except for the weather report. Hope you guys don't melt.

Hey, ZZ Top, how you doing Mark.

Except that I'm sitting here in Germany in the S H I T.....and can't be on the salt.....I'm fine...important is that my health is okay and I feel sometimes so young that my driving a car is illegal.... :-D

....and I will remember your wishes when it's on time...by the way....for 2018...or 2023?

Hope there is nothing serious what keeps you away from the salt....be not on the salt enjoy your Hot Rod....

Stay crazy my friend

PP

#76 should be the Ferguson (small) streamliner.  #75 is their (big) streamliner.

Al gave them permission several years ago to use the #76 number and they used it the past several SpeedWeeks.
