Jon;

Your mic is intermittent. It sounds like a loose connection in your mic connector.

Are any of the fast streamliners going to try for 500mph. Also what was Danny's record speed.

Still on hold, but the incident is about cleared.  No details made public yet.

Glad he will be OK. Your mike is breaking up enough to make you almost not understandable on occasion

Mic is breaking up intermittently. No audio just static.

The speed that you wish to achieve is only limited by the depth of your wallet.

It must be time for a new wrap of masking tape around the XLR connector at the back of the micronome.  I'll fiddle tomorrow morning. That you very much for the comment.

The event ended early after the cleanup of the 757 car incident.  We went to Land's End for Salt Talks - and it went over kinda like a fart in church. We only got a few dozen folks there, ate some food and told some stories, took in some donations and sold some shirts.  There's lotsa stuff left that we didn't auction or sell -- so I guess there's going to be an online auction.  We've got a handheld weather station from Joe Timney  -- it retails at $245.  That's available for the highest bid.  Remember it's a fundraiser for the site -- dig deep,please.  There's more stuff, of course.  Thanks to the donors, thanks to Stainless and Podunk and Johnboy and on and on for being at Salt Talks.

Ditto if you want shirts.  We sold a bunch, have many reserved for later this week, but still have some.  If you want a few I'll send them to you - I can ship four or five shirts for under $10 total, so order lots of them and distribute the shipping cost over a bunch of them.

It's a quarter 'til ten and I hafta been on the salt by about 6.30 so I'm done forthe night.  Thanks to all that helped Salt Talks be as much fun as it was.  And most of all -- thank you to Nancy that did the shopping and setup and way more of the work than she had any right to do - save that it needed doing and I was busy talking. Thank you, my sweet love.

C U folks tomorrow.

T-MAN!  Are you on the salt?  Need your tranny!  Check in with me.

DOUG NASH TRANS NEEDED!!

Thanks for your help. I had left the Salt early for home for various reasons. Wedding Aniv. tomorrow for one and a house full of guests coming. Anywhoo, I did not drag the trans with me since I had no interest from my ad. Well between a dozen or so pals that heard your plea for help Roger got ahold of me and found someone to pick it up here at my house in South Dakota. It will be headed West shortly so that they can keep racing!
