Ronnie it would be nice to have another track in the East where we could run more than twice a year.

This was my first time at Arkansas. I raced Maxton and Ohio multiple times . The weather was fantastic. As always the people are the best part. The new owners are terrific. I am looking forward to running next year. Plenty of runs.
Go my 250 ninja up to 118 mph.

How was the bike turnout, many there? Any 2 strokes? Thanks

I would guess about 30% of attendees were bikes.

From what I understand of the ECTA manual, you should be able to run up to 135mph in your Corvette or other pre-2004 vehicle without needing to make safety modifications (5 point belts, roll bar). I think you will probably get to around 130mph in the mile, depending on how many horses are still in the stable.

Per the ECTA website, the C/GT record is currently 141.3mph so not too far from you, and not requiring too many mods up front to pursue; around 300bhp, a roll bar and belts is about it I think.

To get to 170-175mph in the mile you will probably need around 500hp; that's about where the C6 Z06's run I think.
