if the stream liner is the same bunch of guys that have the purple lakester it will probably be the same deal, "all show and no go!" The lakester has run but I don't think it has ever gone over 180. I guess since they are in the chrome business the term "if it don't go chrome it" works for them. They need a "heart to heart" with Woody on their aero on both cars.

I was wondering about their choice of cement blocks, too.  I mean - did someone go to the cement supply store and sort through the stacks of blocks looking for the perfect set? :? :-D

At least they could have used salt blocks.   :-D

That must be a huge tank they dip that frame in for plating.  I sure would hate to trip and fall into it.

I also saw the car at Detroit. It looks like a stretch go-kart. Body is narrow. Advanced Plating guys said it was for Bonneville. I asked if it had suspension, they said yes. I couldn't find any. Tire size is normal go-kart size, wide and threaded, but they could always do something different there. Beautiful machine.
