Can some one point me toward a source for small sheets of this stuff?

Sparky,
One company is Hexcel but there are others as I recall but do not remember their names. Hexcel is the most predominant in the aerospace rackets. Many different materials with aluminum and stainless some of the oldest. http://www.hexcel.com/Products/Honeycomb/

I suspect they will only sell large sheets from the mfg, but probably have some kind of distributor network.

What size stuff are you looking for? I might have some small cuts. :?

HB2 :-)

Sparky;

Industrial Metal Supply (IMS) here in Tucson has a few pieces of honeycomb. I think it is Aramid. They have it in their "odds & ends" section. Check their Phoenix store.

Free air?  Does the government know about this?
