Passing of a great Man and competitor
« on: November 21, 2017, 03:23:50 PM »
It's with great sadness I want to let you all know of the passing of a great man and Bonneville competitor, Bob Lindstrom. I will share this tribute to him that was written and sent to me by one of his Stay In School roadster team members, Gail Tesinsky. The team was part of his life and Gail and her Husband Ron were also part of his life. God's Speed Bob, see you on the other side.
     Doug

Rest in Peace, Bob.  We were in the "Bonneville Wide Open" video with him.  Another racer gone.

RIP Bob... We all need to live for today as he did. As Lee Iacocca said, "I never met a man who on his deathbed said, I wish I'd spent more time at the office"

Bob never lost that great sense of wisdom and humor. Time on the Salt just won't be the same without him. Now we'll have to rent our own John. Guess we'll call it our "Bob".
