Overbore on in classic gas (CG)
« on: November 15, 2017, 02:04:54 PM »
Allowable overbore in this class is + .050- inches over
OEM standard bore to remain in displacement class. Further
increased displacement beyond the class limit shall place the
motorcycle in the correct class.

So if I had a 175cc engine and overbore it 0.050",which would put me over 175cc, would I still stay in the 175cc class?

If you have a <175cc with stock bore, and bore it .050 over stock bore size, you will remain in the 175cc class.  If you have a <175cc engine and bore it .050 past 175cc you will run in the next higher class.  The key is .050 over stock bore is allowed for cylinder repair.
