Got the old wiring installed... running a few tests to ensure everything works.  It ain't pretty... there's only so much lipstick you can put on a pig.  Lots of temporary wires since the wiring plan was considerably different.  Could not find a spot that I liked for the Motec that would reach everything... so it found its own spot based on fitting the wiring to the motor.
But during our initial tests the motor coughed when we were checking the starter button worked as advertised... so I gave it a little throttle and it lit...
More testing scheduled today, will put the wheels on and put it on the ground.... there is hope...

Well today I am changing to lighter springs on the shocks... Ross and I got it on the scales... made the corners balance... figured out neither of us are suspension gurus but we are at it anyway.
Still lots to be done in a short period but we are officially in thrash mode.
Hey Stan... do the the wheels look finished?  Well they are not really... when we get back I need to send them to anodize but these will work for now.

Stainless & JohnBoy and the whole team,

first, stay well and fine and away from the troublemaker

second, give our new baby some nice runs through the mile marker that you get the necessary numbers for some records in the near future

All the best from good ole Germany.....tough to miss that meet

Thanks guys... only about a weeks worth of work left...  :?
But I'm trying to get that done tomorrow.... Ross (MC2032) has been helping all weekend... OK... for the last 2 years... we got it on the ground with John Goodman's (ggl205) help and coaching on suspension... rolled it out and managed a "half a dozen" point turn around to face it the other way.  It has seen the light of day on it's own wheels
