IIRC ( clearly a suspect statement  :-P) way back there was a rain date but the problems with BLM and setting schedules and such that went away. However I know what you are asking. But with Dad and son hard at work, you'll make it. You've got a whole week. What do you want anyway...... :cheers:

Well, keep in mind, you don't HAVE to be there on day one, and you'd likely get just as many runs in starting on Monday as you would on Saturday.  Plus, you spend less time in line for inspection.

Granted, you miss a lot of the festivities, but are you driving 1,400 miles to race, or are you going to party?

I just buttoned up our truck last night, and we haven't had ANY time to tune.  I could use another week as well, but I have a feeling the festivities will make me feel better about everything, no matter what happens!!! :cheers: 8-)
