Calkins, thank you for the (brief) report.  I had hoped for some 400+ mph news, but if it was
going to be easy, everybody would be doing it.

Ack Attack is still likely, in my opinion, to be the first motorcycle to officially go 400+ mph.
I wish the entire team the best of luck, etc.

Having said that, I also wish all their competitors the best of luck, etc.  Records are meant
to be broken.

Good luck at Bonneville, everyone.  Although its suitability for extremely fast vehicles has
been destroyed, it's still functionally usable for us slower guys.

Mike:

Thanks for the link to the great article.   In light of all the unexpected problems you guys had to content with, it's a major miracle you did as well as you did.  The good news is that it was a learning experience, which should be of great value for the next time.  Everybody knows that your bike and team is more than capable of fulfilling your goals, so go to work gettuing ready for 2018!

Any word on what the various film crews captured?

Al Lamb Bolivia video

Mike Cook and I are discussing the possibility of having another event in Bolivia in July of next year depending on the amount of interest and commitment within the land speed community.
