It goes like this, according to my older sister Karen:

"Thirty days hath September,
April, June, and no wonder.
All the rest eat peanut butter -
Except Grandma,  She drives a Buick."

I spose you're gonna tell me you never heard that one, hey?

Happy New Year.

Ha ha ha!. Guys I only know it's the weekend when the missus stays home.
Lately i've lost track of time, days etc.
I was convinced last night was old year's eve and commented that it was
so quiet with no fireworks. She says "IDIOT" and then I had my Napoleon Dynamite moment!!!!!!.
I ran back to the PC to try fix my screw up. Maybe Goggs and the boys started a day too soon
because of me?. :-D

With any luck that gave them the excuse they never needed before....

I understand your problem not knowing what day and date it is.... I almost missed wishing Linda Happy Birthday on her day this year... I knew her birthday was on a Saturday that week, I just didn't realize it was Saturday... My excuse is I've been retired for 10 years.... every day is a Saturday....

For the working guys I have a saying.... the first five days after the weekend are always the hardest...

Why not get an early start on this New Years greeting?

Having the celebrated day on Sunday and then again

on Monday have me completely bollixed.

Happy New Year to all this gang. Since we are tied

together by LSR events the only days that really

matter are days we can race. It sure isn't on New Years.

Thanks to SSS and Web Elf Bob for giving us this

place to stay in touch. Scattered from Germany, Sweden,

UK, South Africa, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia and

St. Louis it certainly make my Happy New Year wish

world wide.

I'm a relative new comer here, August 2004, so to my

elders, "give me guidance" so I don't offend too many

more this year.I preach patience related to Target550

project but sometimes that's a real challenge so the rest

of You keep me directed.

Noone said it was going to be easy but with the decline

of Bonneville just rejoice with the use of Bolivia's newly

scheduled events. It's like 1949 for them and we all

refer to Bonneville #1. Just think, they have just had their #1.

14 hours from now I'll probably be pounding the feathers.

The rest of You celebrate for me.

Another year.  I remember thinking, way back when I was a kid and the dinosaurs would let me stop running so I could ponder, about how old I'd be if I managed to live to the year 2000.  Whoa, I'd think -- I'd be more than half a century old.  WoW!

And now that we're a sixth of a century beyond that -- holy moley, who'd have ever thunk I'd be here to say Happy New year to all of you now?

Nancy and I send our best wishes for the next long time, okay?  We're staying home - heating the hot tub (it's +13F out there right now) for a bit of a dip.
