Can't answer on the bias to radial..

I have run both tubeless and tubes depending on the tire. It has been my experience that the GY front runners do not like a lot of pressure on the side walls I would advise tubes in these tires. Dunlops are tubeless and I have run them both ways with no problems.  A Dunlop 18 @32" can use a 17.5" tube from of the old style pickups of the 60's with ease. I like a tube with steels stems and they can be found on the net with alittle looking, both angle and straight stems....Good luck
