Quite a bit of rain in upper Bird-Doo.  Any you desert(ers) know how the lakebed faired?

Looking forward to the meet my one for the year. Dusted off the roadster and warmed it up today in the garage. Actually sounded pretty good. See you all on Saturday. JD

Ran .168 mph under the record. Found my son can run in November so we are coming back. Also had a minor carb problem with a stripped bowl screw so we didn't make a second pass. The new carb has been run at Bonneville so we will see I can pick it up a bit. 12 port next year if I get off my butt. JD

Great news. I missed your run as we were preparing to get in line to run. Lets hope in November the wind will be to your back, good luck.

Saw the car in the lanes and leaving the line. I was so busy with my new car I didn't have time to do much of anything. Hope to see you guys out at the May meet next year.

JD --

Did that Roadster Rule Change go thru?
(The one that said if you ran a truck engine you had to use a Roadster Pickup body.)

See you Friday or so.

I never saw that one. Who sent it in?

Good idea though.
