GOING TO BMST 2016
« on: July 20, 2016, 06:59:42 PM »
Hope all competitors are dusting off last year's builds, and or finishing up their new builds,
because I am excited about tech. inspecting lots of motorcycles along with measuring many engines for AMA and or F.I.M. records.
I may have said this before, but I love my job.

And, my Son and I have a new bike too & aiming for a new record.

Please keep your fingers, eyes, and toes crossed for an awesome race meet this year.

Sincerely
Your Humble Technical Steward
Drew Gatewood

Only a few short weeks to go now. It will soon be time to pack a case and get on the plane.
Looking forward to seeing everyone real soon. Hopefully we will be flagging a good amount of you off down the track again.
cheers all.
See you soon.

When I'm not buying and selling ribbon and fabric full time, I'm untangling paperwork so when you get to the window with your AMA card and driver's license in hand, it'll just be: "make sure this is all correct, sign here, sign here, here's your wristband and your tech sheet, good luck, go fast, stop safe, welcome to Bonneville" Woot!

We are on track, will be at BMST, and will see all of you there.  The bike came off the bench last night.  This morning I will figure out how to rig up a brake light switch and the engine will be broken in on the street this weekend.  Dyno day is Monday.

Plans are made. 2-bikes; 4-classes; 5 or more in the pit-crew. We plan to arrive on Friday for early check-in and hopefully get into tech-inspection for a visit with Drew and his fine crew :-) :-) :-)
